She has three main meals and three snacks a day and made sure that she had ample protein at each of her meals so that the intense workouts did not melt her. If you really want to follow in her footsteps you can maybe have oatmeal for breakfast, a square of chocolate as your first snack, garden carrots for lunch, apples and almonds for your second snack, brown rice for your dinner and pear plus cashews for your last snack. Mila Kunis looked really really hot in the film Black Swan. When people asked her how she lost so much weight and looked like a really doll like tiny ballerina, she says that when people say that they cannot manage to lose weight, they are simply making excuses. She says she had boiled vegetables, green salads and a little bit of lean meat with every meal. Furthermore, she worked out nearly twice a day for six months. During the process she lost 20 pounds and we all saw how “fine” she looked. She says that our body is very strong, we can make it do whatever we want.
