We would like to mention here that these secrets and all the advice is what we believe they would say if one were to ask. So we are basically hitting two birds with a stone here. 10. Laura Michelle Prestin
The first entry on our list of top fitness models and their fitness advice is Laura Michelle Prestin. She is a well known fitness models and has adorned a lot of magazine covers for the same honor as well. As far as the internet and social media is concerned (read Instagram), she is an actual sensation. She is not only a fitness model, a personal trainer but also a graduate nursing student. To inspire others she has one secret to share regarding her fitness principles and that is to regularly take smart breakfasts. What she means is that it is never a good idea to miss breakfast and one should try to have three different portions of food in their breakfast tray atleast, as depicted in the picture above. It is the most important meal of the day as it fuels you through and through.
9. Marzia prince
Next up on our list of top fitness models and their fitness advice we have the lovely Marzia Prince. She is an IFBB Bikini Pro, a fitness Model and a trainer. Just like out previous entrant on the list, this gorgeous diva was initially set out to be a nurse, an ambition she set aside to become a fitness model and personal trainer. Aren’t we thankful? She believes that one should look for hunger cues from the body itself before indulging on even a snack and she is very right! Your body will let you know when it needs food and therefore, compulsory or forced indulgence like popcorn during a movie in a theatre – not all that neccassary unless your stomach is howling.
8. Laura Haris
Laura Harris lives in North Carolina and is one of the perfect examples of the fact that fitness is not age bound at all. Laura sort of went against the norms and started taking of her body when she had already entered her forties but even so, you can search her up and see that she is devastatingly fit for a woman her age. She believes that if you creatively add vegetables to all your meals, and we are talking about green vegetables, you can solve the fitness mystery.
7. Jessica Anderson
Next up on our list of top fitness models and their fitness advice we have Jessica. Now this is your time to be really really impressed because not only is Jessica a devoted wife, fitness model and a former Navy Corpsman, she also won the first ever National Bikini overall champion title in Hollywood in 2009. Similarly, she performed exceptionally well in IFBB Europa Super Bowl held in Dallas and IFBB Titans Grand Prix Pro Bikini contest. She has one simple thing to say, we should look for 100 percent whole grain bread and should at no cost, simply settle for 50 percent.
6. Caitlyn Bellamy
The next lovely lady on our list is Caitlyn Bellamy who, apart from being absolutely perfect, is a Published Fitness Model, Dynamis sponsored athlete and a BCABBA certified personal trainer as per her internet profile. Just like Jessica previously, Caitlyn has taken part in a lot of fitness competitions and performed really well in them. She believe in living a long, fit and healthy life and to get that she advises us to hire a certified fitness professional who can help us reach our fitness goals. Her mantra is, “Your level of success is only pre-determined by your level of effort”. Furthermore, she preaches the use of small containers to carry food and it makes sense. You take your lunch in a small container, you will eat small and still feel full!
5. Jelena Abbou
Next up on our list of top fitness models and their fitness advice is Jelena Abbou. She is another fitness model who was born in 1977 and is a personal trainer and as well as a figure competitor. She is also one of those gorgeous fit ladies who have adorned the covers of many fitness magazines. One of the most interesting things about her is that she is married to another fitness trainer, Marko. Match made in heaven we say! She believes in the power a good nights rest and that is what she recommends to all, get ample sleep.
4. Jaquelyn Kay
Next up we have Jaquelyn Kay competes in the Women’s Tri fitness organisation and won the boldybuilding.com spokes model contest at the LA Fitness Expo in 2010. She takes her inspiration from Jamie Eason and believes to death in two quotes: “no one ever drowned in their own sweat” and “Obsessed is what the lazy call determined”. She is advising us all to ditch our drinks filled with empty calories (irony much) like energy drinks, soft drinks and processed fruit drinks. She believes in going organic for your juice needs.
3. Jennifer Nicole Lee
Next up on our list of top fitness models and their fitness advice we have Jennifer Nicole Lee. Believe it or not but this wonder woman is an author, fitness expert, lifestyle consultant and fitness model. She was crowned “Miss Bikini America” in 1996. Ever since, she did not look back. Hers is a fairly basic advice, something we call fitness common logic. She compels everyone to denounce added sugars and stick to fruit for those sweet tooth demands.
2. Mindi smith
And now we have Mindi Smith, the gorgeous 34-24-34 hot babe who is a fitness expert based in New York City. She has won various fitness competitions including but not limited to 2009 NPC Nationals, 2010 IFBB Phoenix Pro, and the 2010 IFBB Figure International. She believes in eating from home most of the time because that way, you can really keep track of your portions and the amount of calories we take in.

Last but not the least we have Kate Upton who has the honor to be the first model to be picked to do back to back covers for the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition after Tyra Banks in 1997. We all know that Tyra Banks was a big deal and to follow in her footsteps, that is like wow. She is a voluptuous model, with blonde locks, endless legs and womanly curves, something which sort of negates the trend of stick thin girls right? Well not here in the fitness world she doesn’t.
