This condition occurs when blood gathers under the transparent tissues of the eye, which cover the white part of the eyes. As a result of this, there is a bleeding under conjunctiva. As you may already know that there are tiny little vessels, in millions, that lay as carpet on the surface of the conjunctiva and the space between the sclera, one of these vessels may burst and cause the flow of blood. It is noteworthy to know that this condition does not affect the vision as it has no connection with the cornea, which is responsible for the sight.
